I am a PhD student in the Cambridge Machine Learning Group supervised by Hong Ge. I received a Master’s degree in Information and Computer Engineering from the University of Cambridge. My research currently focuses on trying to better understand inductive bias and generalisation by analysing how neural networks with piecewise activation functions (e.g., ReLU) partition the input space into linear regions.
